Care, Upgrade & Re-Acquisition Policy
Divienne jewellery is crafted using rare, certified natural diamonds, created to be worn, cherished, and passed on. Each creation reflects enduring value, refined craftsmanship, and timeless design.
Lifetime Upgrade Privilege
Divienne offers a lifetime upgrade privilege on select natural diamond jewellery purchased directly from Divienne.
This privilege allows clients to exchange their existing Divienne jewellery for a higher-value Divienne creation, subject to the following conditions. The privilege is applicable only to natural diamond jewellery originally purchased from Divienne. Original GIA, IGI, or SGL certification must be presented at the time of request. The new Divienne creation must be of higher value than the original purchase. Up to 100% of the original diamond value may be credited toward the upgrade. Metal value, whether gold or silver, will be reassessed based on prevailing market rates. This privilege is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
Re-Acquisition at Discretion
In select cases, Divienne may, at its sole discretion, offer re-acquisition of natural diamond jewellery originally purchased from Divienne.
Re-acquisition is not guaranteed and is subject to review based on current market conditions, diamond grade, certification and authenticity, and the physical condition of the jewellery at the time of evaluation.
Where required, jewellery may be subject to independent verification by internationally recognised gemological laboratories prior to re-acquisition.
Any re-acquisition value, if offered, is calculated based on prevailing diamond and metal market prices at the time of review. Making charges, design fees, and ancillary costs are not refundable.
All re-acquisition decisions remain at the exclusive discretion of Divienne.
Important Clarifications
Divienne jewellery is not positioned as an investment or financial instrument. Fixed or advertised buyback guarantees are not offered. Policies may vary based on collection, diamond grade, and prevailing market conditions. Divienne reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
Certification & Assurance
All Divienne diamonds are natural in origin and independently certified by internationally recognised authorities. Diamonds are evaluated and graded according to globally accepted standards. Certification details are shared during consultation or purchase.
