1. Introduction
Welcome to Divienne. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian.

3. Product Availability & Pricing
All jewelry pieces are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and update product details, descriptions, or pricing without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Certain images on the website are for reference only. Actual products may slightly vary.

4. Regulatory & KYC Compliance
For jewellery transactions with a value of ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh) or above, customers are required to provide valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) details, as mandated under applicable Indian tax and regulatory laws.

For high-value transactions, including purchases of ₹10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakh) and above, Divienne may request additional identification or documentation, including Aadhaar or proof of income, in order to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Divienne reserves the right to withhold processing, delivery, or completion of any order until the required documentation is provided and verified.

5. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
We do not accept cancellation requests under any circumstances once the payment is made. This does not affect any rights or privileges expressly stated under Divienne’s Care, Upgrade & Re-Acquisition Policy.

6. Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for another item of equal or higher value, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certifications and invoices. The exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 30 days.
No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, refunds are not allowed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos as proof. After verification, a replacement may be provided or a refund may be issued at Divienne’s discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–20 business days after receipt of complete payment details from the customer.
Customization & Engraved Products: Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry is non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Time Frame: Approved returns will be processed within 30 days.
The above exchange and return terms apply only to short-term post-delivery exchanges and returns. Divienne’s Lifetime Upgrade Privilege and Re-Acquisition Policy are separate client care privileges and are governed exclusively by the Care, Upgrade & Re-Acquisition Policy available on the website.

7. Care, Upgrade & Re-Acquisition
Select Divienne jewelry is eligible for lifetime upgrade and discretionary re-acquisition, subject to the terms outlined in the Care, Upgrade & Re-Acquisition Policy.
This policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is available on the website.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We offer secure and insured shipping for all jewelry orders. Orders will be shipped within 30 days of placing the order.
Delivery time will be a minimum of 5 days and up to 30 days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
Divienne is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

9. Warranty & Authenticity
Our jewelry is crafted using certified natural diamonds and high-quality precious metals.
Each piece comes with an authenticity certificate, which must be retained for any exchange, upgrade, re-acquisition, or service request. Certification and authenticity verification may be required for any upgrade, re-acquisition, or service request.

10. Limitation of Liability
Divienne is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, natural wear and tear, or third-party alterations.
We do not cover theft, loss, or unauthorized modifications of the jewelry.

11. Privacy & Security
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except for order fulfillment.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
